Staff were friendly and accommodating.
One of our guests left a pair of earrings when we checked out of the hotel. When we called, they readily replied that housekeeping had turned it in. They kept it for us until one of our friends picked it up at the hotel.
Such honest people!

Nice rooms! Big shower. Great location. I wish I remembered to take pictures of the outside and the room.
All good!

The hotel’s central location was very convenient, and the staff were polite and accommodating throughout our stay. The room was modern and comfortable enough for a good night’s sleep.
Our stay was disappointing and not worth the price. The room had no trash bin, no cable TV channels and had very slow Wifi connection. Room slippers were unavailable, and there was no hair dryer unless requested. The bathroom was old and poorly maintained, with dirty floor mats, poor sink drainage, and no hot water in the shower. We requested an extra blanket but were charged for it and given a creased, unironed one, making the additional charge feel unreasonable. The breakfast buffet had very limited choices and was underwhelming. Overall, the hotel is overpriced and offers poor value for money.
