location is accessible, room is clean, facility is adequate, staff is very friendly, wifi is good, good restaurant available nearby (Cinco Ninas)
food menu included with our accommodation is very basic, coffee is just instant coffee, we expect brewed coffee, better to add more options or let your guest have their breakfast in your Cinco Ninas restaurant, in-room dining is not available

No coffee in breakfast and food is not allowed in the room 😊

they charged me for 2 nights though I changed the date of my 1st booking days ahead. Instead of July 25-26,2020 I changed it to July 24-25,2020 the booking.com sent me a confirmation that my request was approved by Paraiso Verde Hotel about the changes. Though I asked help from them to lessen the charges I did not avail even a small amount of discount. I payed 2 whole nights even though I stayed for 1 night I'm so disappointed. One more thing they insisted me to pay 2,600 per night even though it should only be 2,340 good thing that I have a proof that it was only 2,340.
