The location was close to the beach and all activities.
The 2nd bedroom was smaller than anticipated.

The property was clean and pet friendly and had a nice porch for sitting outside. The master bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was great. Only a short walk to the beach or pool. The shed came filled with beach toys, chairs, beach blankets, that was nice not to have to bring all that with you. The kitchen had all you needed to cook meals right there.
Parking was super tight for a truck, almost to the point of being annoying when you have to leave. The bunk bedroom was a walk-in closet with a bunk bed that fits only small children.
