I've stayed at this Best Western multiple times the past 10 years. It's handy location. Clean rooms and staff is always friendly and helpful.

The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to accommodate our group of 8.
We enjoyed the exercise room. It was raining so we weren't able to use the pool. The location was good.

The front desk clerk, Manny, was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and ready to go when we arrived, which was also convenient. The location is conveniently located to shopping and dining. The breakfast is a full breakfast, along with an espresso/latte machine. We will definitely be staying here on our next trip to Spring Hill.
