This was our second time staying at Best Western Spring Hill. It was a good choice on our original trip through the area, so we decided to reserve a room for our return trip. Comfortable, friendly, and well located for our travels.

Very good! We were late getting to breakfast, but the hostess was quite accommodating and friendly. She did not make us feel rushed, at all!
Ran out of biscuits, but we were late, OUR FAULT!!!

Clean and reasonably updated. The AC was both cool and as quiet as they can be(, no strange noises) the breakfast was exactly what you'd expect, in a good way. Location was good. The housekeeping and daytime staff was thorough and friendly
The evening check in clerk was knowledgeable but seemed to hate his job. He was professional, but not friendly.
Parking isn't the greatest considering they only have one elevator, do you may have to walk a bit. Nothing they can do about that. Just an observation.
