The staff was very helpful.the location was great. The building is nice but being an older hotel the rooms are a bit small.

Our stay at Hotel Grand Francais was fantastic. One of the most underrated elements was that there was an amazing cocktail bar associated with the Hotel that was standout. The location felt very secure, was convenient to a ton of restaurants. The room was very clean and service was great. The breakfast spread was also delicious. Cafes and restaurants seemed to open quite late, so would recommend taking advantage of the breakfast. Would absolutely stay again when in Bordeaux!

Stayed here for a night before heading to the coast. The hotel is an a perfect neighborhood and walkable to a lot of the main attractions. The staff was incredibly friendly and I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet! I would definitely stay here again if I ever find myself back in the area
