Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Busy intersection to get into the hotel parking lot.
Room was clean but could tell the bathroom floor was not washed. One of the lamps needed a new lightbulb, and the switch by the large mirror in the entry did not seem to turn anything on or off. It was a little cramped in size, especially the bathroom.

I stayed in an upgraded King room. It was very comfortable and super quiet at night. View wasn’t that special as it overlooked the roof and a small corner of the outdoor gathering area. However, I didn’t care as I was primarily there to sleep. Great temperature control. Comfortable bed.

My stay at the Kensington felt like a visit to a New York city posh hotel.
The concierge was very professional and attentive, the room had luxury amenities and decor, and even the landscaping was well-kept.
My top choice for next the visit to Ann Arbor!
