Although the staff was incredibly kind, they were not very helpful. The situation to the valet parking was incredibly difficult. There’s no information on the website on where to go for valet. If there is, I missed it. Apologies if I did. Going from the front desk back to the valet, there’s no signs at all. It took me 15 minutes of wandering around. Please add more signs. Or maybe possibly have the staff ask did you park with us today?
Otherwise. The hotel is amazing!!! Definitely five stars overall.
