The staff are very friendly and helpful.
So nice to have delicious meals included as well, a real treat.
Lots of character in the jail, that has been very lovely redone. Good location.

We spent three nights here. The hotel is wonderful. Staff, breakfast and service was excellent. We will certainly stay here the next time we come to Karlstad. Also interesting history of the former prison and well designed museum. Highly recommended!
