Good: Was provided early check-in at 10am which was very helpful as I was only expecting to drop off my luggage and check-in later in the afternoon to explore the city. During check-in was informed that breakfast was served in the mornings but was not informed of the additional charge for this service so I assumed it was included with my reservation. The breakfast was decent with a wide assortment of cheeses and hams, and baked goods. I was informed during checkout that breakfast was not included and is an additional charge of 14 euro/pp and then checking in the back she said it was actually 16 euro/pp. I informed them that this was not described to me during check in and had I known this I would not have had breakfast at the hotel. Seems to be a bait and switch tactic and hence I will not recommend staying at this hotel due to their malpractices.

Very nice small hotel. Great breakfast choices. The parking is in an underground car park which is currently tricky to access due to roadworks outside the property turning the road into a one way street but this isn't the hotel's fault.
