Some of the kindest hotel staff I've ever meet. The decor of this hotel is so chic and fancy, and it has all of the amenities you could want inside of the hotel as well. The hotel rooms were very clean and I love the passcode doors instead of doorkeys idea - I wish more hotels did this! The area is quiet and there are some interesting street markets near the hotel. The next time I come to Bangkok I will definitely stay here again!

From the moment we started messaging after booking, the staff were courteous and quick to help. The hotel is full of warm hospitality.

In total, we are quiet happy with this hotel. They provide free hygienic kits for those who forgot them. Their beds are soft, but not to soft and the hotel staff is very friendly.
The only thing that was quite annoying was the volume of the cleaning staff while speaking. They could have been in our room, as loud as they were. Not at the other end of the hallway.
