I have a service animal yet I was charged for my service animal. I went back inside when the charge hit.my account and the man at the front desk refunded me but now the refund has been taken away and I am still being charged for.my service animal. She is a diabetic alert dog. Which is against the law for me to be charged. I don't understand how you refund someone and then take it back without any notification or explanation. This is very frustrating.

We were surprised at the look from the outside, but it seems there was maintenance taking place. The stay was comfortable.
