The main bed room has no fan and no black out curtains, thus made sleeping almost impossible. When you call in for check in you get sent overseas to someone that spoke little to no English. The location is great but you must understand the parking scenario (it would have been nice if this was noted). You must park street side, and ensure you pay each morning before 0800 and they area tickets like hawks. The entrance to the main area has a locked door… which doesn’t secure, but the area had no issue- just be aware

This was a cool apartment in a hip city neighborhood. The apartment itself was very clean, but the building itself is old, and the common area hallway could use some updated carpeting. No big deal though. We paid extra for a parking spot in the lot, which is definitely worth the convenience. I was a little disappointed that I didn't receive my check in information on the day and time of check in by 4:00 pm. I had to make frantic phone calls to get my room number and door code. They said they were having a problem with the server they use to send the info. I guess it happens, but I didn't need the extra stress while traveling on vacation. The apartment is definitely nice and better than a hotel, especially if you have a family. Just be advised, the neighborhood, is quiet during the day, but comes alive at night, and can get quite loud with nightlife partying outside.

Check in process was terrible. Initially told is get door codes 48 hours from check in. When that didn't happen I messaged and they said it would be 1 hour from check in. I fly into Indianapolis and still no codes 30 mins from check in. Messaged again. No response. Call Hotels.com and they try to contact the property. No answer. Finally get codes and travel to the property from the airport. Get there and realize I do not know the apt number. Go through the same process of messaging the property with no response and calling Hotels com. Finally get the apt number one hour and forty five minutes after check in time. No one offered to make amends for the hassle and lost time.

2nd time staying here. Great place, clean and quiet. Plenty of things to do right next to where it’s at. Will stay again.
