Iwas looking for a room in Florence and this came up first on the Expedia website. I was not aware that it was very off the highway. At first I was really upset that we were driving 20 miles away but when we arrived to the hotel I was pleasantly surprised. We loved the hotel and it was in walking distance to some very fun places to grab some food and a drink. It was worth the drive.

Housekeeping was very respectful and pleasant. Some hotels the interactions with housekeeping makes you don't want them in your room even while you're there. Not The Inn at Crossroads. You will love the hospitality through out the whole hotel.
