Nothing wrong with the hotel. Yes, it's quite old and feels that way, but our room was large, comfortable and had a nice view outside.
The location is OK for trains and walks,
The receptionist who greeted us was the most friendly, helpful person we've experienced in that position.

I thought Ibis Namur Centre was an excellent value. The rooms are very clean but on the small side particularly the bathroom. However they are functional enough and I’ve certainly seen smaller in European big cities like London and Rome.
The big values in this Ibis start with the very helpful staff. There is a nice selection of snacks, plus a small hotel bar/coffee shop and breakfast area in main lobby. Connected to the hotel is a good Italian restaurant called La Roma.
With the price value, helpful staff, food/drink options on site and cleanliness, it’s a very functional hotel for a 2-4 day stay. I give it a definite thumbs up. Also easily walkable to many restaurants and tourist sites!
