The hotel was in a great location and the staff was very helpful. we we arrived there was no ac but it did kinda get fixed after a half day. It was clean but dated. Overall a good place to stay while in Brussels.

We stayed for three nights in a room with a queen bed on the 5th floor. The room was not large, but very clean and quiet, and had a view over the rooftops. The hotel is located in the lower town, a short walk downhill from the central train station and a block form the grand place. It is a great place to be if you plan to explore shops, bakeries, cafes and restaurants on foot. We opted to g out for breakfast every day, as there were numerous options in the neighborhood and it was not included with in the room price. The first floor of the hotel has a coffee shop/restaurant which looked very popular,

A very nice hotel which is a 5 minute walk from Brussels Central train station. Brussels Central train station being a one stop train journey from Brussels Midi/zuid and the train staff in both stations very helpful with platform information and train times. The hotel staff were very friendly and we were offered an early check in for €20 which we were glad to accept so we could freshen up before heading out to explore Brussels centre which was literally on the doorstep of the hotel. Room was exceptionally clean and the bed was extremely comfortable which all adds to a very pleasant stay. Only thing that didn’t suit our personal taste was the breakfast served in the coffee shop on the ground floor. Our preference would be a buffet breakfast but the selection we made from a very limited menu was very nice indeed. We were advised when we booked out that had we mentioned our preference of a buffet breakfast earlier in our stay then we would have been offered this in another one of their local hotels. Unfortunately we were not aware of this possibility but maybe worth considering letting guests know of this option. This was a minor thing and would not affect our decision to stay here again as and when we are next in Brussels.
