Having stayed here numerous times, my most recent visit reminded me again why I hold this property in such high regard: consistency, peace, immaculate upkeep, and truly heartfelt hospitality. There are no highs and lows here — every aspect of the stay feels steady, polished, and sincere. The location is excellent, yet the hotel itself feels like a spacious, peaceful retreat within the city. The grounds and rooms are beautifully maintained, and the large pool has a quiet, almost cinematic quality — like something out of an old Hollywood movie set, calm and refined. Breakfast each morning is thoughtfully arranged, with something for every preference, and the entire experience feels relaxed rather than rushed. Most of all, the staff are cheerful, warm, and genuinely gracious. You can sense that they take pride in being part of COMO. For me, COMO Metropolitan Bangkok is not just a hotel stay; it is a dependable return to calm, comfort, and top-level hospitality.

I have just checked out of COMO Metropolitan Bangkok after my fourth visit over the past two months, and I truly consider it my heartfelt base whenever I return to Bangkok. The high standards remain consistently the same, as I’ve shared in previous reviews. The incredible hospitality continues to be one of COMO’s strongest and most heartfelt qualities, and it is felt throughout the entire property. From the spa facilities and attentive pool attendants, to the spotless rooms, to the soothing interior design of the lobby—where the concierge, bellmen, and the amazing, kind staff behind the counters are always so gracious—the atmosphere seems to draw you in, whether you are arriving after traveling from somewhere else or simply returning from an outing in Bangkok. A special mention also goes to the wonderful breakfast crew, who make each morning feel warm and welcoming, along with a truly “made in heaven” breakfast spread that is beautifully presented and deeply enjoyed. There is a calm, refined comfort here that makes each stay feel familiar, elegant, and deeply appreciated. I truly look forward to my next visit in just one week, before returning home to lovely Santa Barbara.

Year after year, the property delivers thoughtful management, contemporary design, great value, seamless check-in and check-out, impeccable upkeep, and truly warm hospitality. Even after its recent remodel, COMO has preserved the calm elegance and exceptional service that make it special. The staff are cheerful, devoted, and highly professional — a credit to a remarkable management team. After many stays, I still look forward to returning.
