Loved this place, it was beautiful. Rooms very clean, staff awesome, pools were clean and loungers available.
My only complaint was the seaweed at the beach. I understand its a huge problem but there was not attempt to clean it all in front of their property. It smelled really bad. Other places close by made attempts to clean it front of their beach.
But I would return here, just at a different time of year.

The beautiful place property location is great , friendly staff, clean rooms and property
Food was really good but they don’t offer service all day and we booked all inclusive so it was a little inconvenience when we go out and we don’t make back on time for diner, we have to do out and buy food and also the hotel fee was a different amount booked said that we have to pay at the property hotel fees but the amount was doble the one was described wen we booked.

Wish we could have stayed longer! A little bit of paradise in the very busy Playa Del Carmen. The staff are excellent. Would absolutely stay again!
