Meet by a lovely young lady on reception. Who helped us to get to Bologna. Gentleman in evening bit abrupt.
Not a lot to do around hotel.
Unless you like Chinese takeaways.
Breakfast ok not brill.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, made us feel very welcome and went out of their way to ensure we knew which public transport to take, how to purchase tickets, different tickets etc. Room was lovely, air-conditioned, clean, bed was very comfortable, bedding was clean and they seemed to think of everything that you might need. Definitely would stay again.

Great place- modern and well designed.
Breakfast was yummy with a comfy seating corner. Only suggestion would be if the property could upgrade their pillows- the bed was quite comfy for a good night sleep.
