Front reception staff are very friendly and helpful. Welcomed me with a warm smile. It is centrally located to main street and walking distance to many restaurants. The room was a bit hot and they brought a fan to the room. The manager said it’s warm because it’s winter season for them. Which was perfectly fine with me. There’s a great coffee shop in the lobby. Staff helped me ordered raincoats (as I was heading to Zhangjiajie). The raincoats were delivered to my room via a robot within 25 minutes. Overall, the room is spacious, clean, basic amenities, and a complimentary plate of whole fresh fruits. I didn’t order hotel breakfast as there are many places nearby for less expensive breakfast. Def would stay here again. Highly recommended.

I've stayed in this hotel more than once and would return again. The staff are very helpful. The room is a good size, clean and comfortable. I like the lounge area downstairs and there are plenty of affordable restaurants and a bakery nearby. The metro is very close.

It was amazing, clean, luxurious, sweet services. Good Impression of Face ID entry hotel, feel more safer. subway station 1 mins to walk, convenient to get where you want to go. Will come back again.
