The property and the staff met all of our needs. We were disappointed that the pool was out of order on what was marked the busiest weekend of the year for the hotel, according to their staff. However, the facility was nice and the room was clean. We would stay here again if we were back in Sweetwater.

Room was nice, comfortable, clean, and quiet. Alexandria at the front dress was super helpful with anything I needed. She had a great attitude, great smile, and very sweet. Highly recommend and will stay here again.

Overall nice. Hot tub was dirty with literally dirt in it but the pool was not bad
