While the management team was responsive on the phone when we called, they could not fix the fundamental issue with the room itself. We have stayed in places without AC before and managed by opening windows at night and in the morning to cool down. In this unit, that was literally impossible—none of the windows open. To make matters worse, this is a modern glass building, and the blinds were left wide open before our arrival. The space had been baking in the sun, turning the room into a total greenhouse with temperatures exceeding 90°F (32°C) without a way to cool it down. The only way to get any airflow was to leave the porch door wide open, which immediately let in bright light and bugs, making rest impossible. This would not be a rentable unit in the USA.

The apartments are clean, safe and comfortable to stay. Tanita and her team are very friendly and willing to accommodate out requests. The check in process was smooth once receiving the email notification for the pin to get our key. In our case, we arrived a little earlier and Tanita was so nice and grant the room access for us. The amenities inside apartments are nice for family stay. The hotel location is convenient for the 10 minutes commute to central train station, ferry and bus hub by taking No. 20 bus with the cheapest fee (2CHF) . Our day trips to Mt. Pilatus and Mt. Rigi were delightful. Thanks again to Tanita and all staff.
