This hotel is the best hotel in Chiang Mai. The staff were attentive and extremely accommodating to my needs going above and beyond to make sure that I am comfortable during my stay. Staff also ensuring that I get into the right taxi and helping me with luggage in and out of car. My stay here was the highlight of my entire trip to Thailand I definitely will be coming back to this hotel. My only suggestion is that they add more railing to the rooms that are only accessed by stairs.

Our experience at Hotel Sensai was incredible from beginning to end. The location in Nimman is perfect for walking around, exploring cafés, restaurants, and enjoying Chiang Mai in a very comfortable and relaxing way.
The rooms are modern, clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. But what impressed us the most was the service — everyone was genuinely kind, attentive, and always willing to help.
The breakfast deserves a special mention: absolutely delicious and very high quality. It’s not a typical buffet, but more of a refined breakfast experience with amazing à la carte options, all beautifully prepared.
Definitely one of the best hotels we stayed at in Thailand. 100% recommended, both the hotel and the area. We would absolutely come back.
