This is a new property and the owners took care in designing it and decorating it. The room was spacious with the same amazing view as from the lobby/Dining Room. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Ein. I don't know what her job title was because she did everything. She noted each of my needs and acted promptly and without reminders needed. There is heat in the room for those cold Sa Pa winters (use the sun icon.) There is no heat in the dining room but a simple shawl was enough to warm me up and every evening the staff build a fire in the fireplace as well as on especially cold morning. The location is central, the property has an elevator (!), the food is good and breakfast included (Western or Asian). What more could you ask? And for a very reasonable pricel!

Honestly I was very disappointed and it’s unfortunate. My partner and I had to switch rooms twice. The first room had a moldy scent and found out the next morning there were bedbugs. I hope the property staff get the rooms professionally fumigated. I don’t know the age of the property but the washrooms were also disappointing.
The upside is the complimentary breakfast buffet, with an amazing views. Locations is good not to far from sun plaza, a healthy walk.
