We really enjoyed our stay at Sapa Fansipan Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, respectful, and very accommodating. A special thank you to Viet, who was always so helpful and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. 😊 We appreciate the souvenir.
We also appreciated that our room was cleaned every day, which made our stay even more comfortable. The room was affordable, the view was beautiful, and the hotel’s location was very convenient and accessible to the places we wanted to visit in Sapa.
Thank you to the entire team, especially Viet, for taking good care of us and helping make our Sapa trip memorable. ❤️🏔️

Our only recommendation would be to make the hotel a little more senior-friendly, as there is no elevator and there are quite a few stairs. This may be challenging for older guests or those with mobility concerns.
Other than that, we had a good time !

A superb hotel! The hospitality is top-notch—they provided a temporary room for me to relax in while waiting for check-in. The owner is super nice, polite, and understands English well. Perfect and strategic location too!

Location is nice. Near to sapa center and cat cat village. Amazing service and support from Viet - the manager.
Stored our luggage and gave us complimentary breakfast on check out date. Gave us umbrella when rain started.
It is a value for money and checks all necessities.

The main guy working there was very friendly. He was happy to give free banh mis and water bottles to make our stay more comfortable. The rooms have excellent views and the property is a short if uphill walk to the town centre.
There seems to only really be one main staff member running the hotel which often made things not as smooth as they could be. I also didn’t think the rooms were particularly well kept. A little dirty, bathroom door didn’t properly fit into the door frame…
