Great location and service, but room comfort needs improvement
Review:
Overall, I would rate my stay a 3.5/ 5. There were many things I loved, but also a few downsides that affected our experience.
On the positive side, the hotel is very clean and the staff are super friendly and welcoming. The location is great and close to the BTS station. Although it is tucked a little deep into the alley, it wasn't a problem because there is an amazing coffee shop and a very affordable massage shop nearby, which we loved!
However, there were a few issues. We stayed on the 8th floor (the highest floor), and unfortunately, there was renovation work going on at the rooftop pool. It was very noisy early in the morning. Also, the pool itself was a bit disappointing as the view was not good at all.
The worst part of our stay was definitely the hot water system in the shower. The water kept changing between freezing cold and scalding hot, with no middle ground. This was very frustrating and is something the hotel really needs to fix.
I might consider staying here again, but if there is another hotel nearby with a similar price, I would probably choose that one instead.

That’s it they convenience, clean nice friendly water. I was very enjoyed to stay there because the area is so helpful to get around and staff is very friendly extra friendly whatever he has to do for you.

amazing stay, great location. the staff was amazing. this area was in walking distance to the club, wine bar & 7-11. it was so convenient. will definitely stay here again.
