One of the best places to stay when in Bangkok. Clean and spacious rooms, great breakfast buffet and excellent staff. The location is the best part, on top of a shopping mall with a foodcourt inside, and next co Big C and Central mall this is my to go to hotel from now on.
Only minor point was the smokers at the pool. When swimming or just relaxing, the presence of smokers was the only complaint I can think of. It would be better to forbid smoking on the pool level even tough this is always debatable. But for me spending several hours at the pool it was uncomfortable.
