We had a wonderful stay at this charming apartment-style hotel in Waco. The property was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Its location is perfect—just minutes from the Baylor University campus and convenient to everything we wanted to see and do.
One of the highlights was how easy it was to access the hotel. The parking was excellent, making arrivals and departures stress-free, and the location was both convenient and quiet. The apartment-style accommodations gave the stay a cozy, home-like feel that made it stand out from a typical hotel experience.
If you're visiting Waco, especially for Baylor events, this is a fantastic place to stay. We would definitely choose it again.

The location of this townhome is brilliantly close to Baylor! It was well stocked and clean.
The secondary bedroom mattress was intensely uncomfortable. The downstairs shower would without warning change from warm water to quite cold. It did this multiple times throughout the shower without warning. With a better mattress in the secondary bedroom, and detention to the downstairs shower. This would be a phenomenal place to stay next to Baylor University.
Also note when you check in, the air conditioning is set at 80° and it takes a very long time to cool off the upstairs.
