If you’re ever in Bristol, VA, The Bristol Hotel is definitely where you’ll want to stay. From check-in to check-out, everything was outstanding. The staff were amazing—friendly, welcoming, and professional throughout our entire stay.
The hotel itself was beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, with comfortable rooms and great amenities. Every interaction with the staff made us feel valued and appreciated as guests. A special thank you to Crystal, our server at breakfast, who was incredibly sweet and made our morning even more enjoyable with her warm and attentive service.
Whether you’re visiting Bristol for business or leisure, I highly recommend The Bristol Hotel. I would gladly stay here again and look forward to my next visit.

Beautiful, comfortable hotel. Rooftop dining available with live music the nights we stayed.
Staff is very accommodating. Very nice place to stay. I don't know of any nice in Bristol or tri cities even.
