I had many issues, however they help and try to find solutions. For example there was no mattress on my bed, so after verification and confirmation, they changed my room. Probably because they have longterm tenants in the building too, so when they move out, things disappear.

We had a great time. Their service was great, friendly staff, nice, all facilities were awesome. Just that it was a distanced from shops and it was not able to provide free shuttle out from the hotel into city given its distance.

"I would love to go back to the same hotel. It was a brilliant experience staff was friendly, only down thing was limited on toilet rolls, water and no tea bags."
