The room was clean and cozy. The bed was comfy. Tom and his wife are amazing hosts. They immediately made me feel welcome. You are not far from the Bellgrove Train Station probably a 10 minute walk. About 5 minutes away are shops and restaurants. It’s a 4 minute train ride to the Queen Street Station. The cathedral and necropolis are close by. Breakfast was wonderful. Scrambled eggs and toast with every kind of jam, yogurt, fresh fruit, muffins, cereal, orange juice coffee and tea it was quite nice! Highly recommended

Lovely place. Our room was spacious and everything was very clean. Bed was super comfortable. The lady in charge of breakfast was so lovely and super helpful making sure to give us the best tips for a good time in Glasgow. Highly recommend this b&b for a nice and cozy stay!
