parking was horrible, contractors were doing asphalt work during my stay, it was hard to find a spot, and when u did, you couldn't park there, it was like musical parking, spot to spot, breakfast was good, the room air-conditioning was loud when on, I have been in better Hampton inn and less the price

We loved our stay here! Ozzy was so friendly and accommodating! He goes above and beyond.

Everything was convenient and accessible. The staff was knowledgeable and savvy. I will be staying here again when I come to Lake Placid.
