Classic Duplex apartment (Unit # 8) is a 83m2 comfortable multi-level unit. Entrance leads into a small hallway & sitting room with old fireplace. Second level has a small kitchen with full size fridge, electric kettle, microwave, toaster, dishes, cups & cutlery. This level also has a 1 bedroom with a double size bed, large closets with hangers, 2 folding luggage racks, window and air conditioner. Also has an ensuite bathroom with a shower, sink & bidet and a window for ventilation.
The third level is a tv room with 2 sofas, dining table with chairs, bathroom with a small bathtub, sink & bidet, and AC unit & sunroof. The second bedroom on the third (attic) floor is not an actual bedroom with a door, but an open nook with a comfortable twin size bed, side table with lamp, and a clothes closet. Everything was clean. Getting hot water took a long time in both bathrooms.
Stairs leading from entrance level in this unit to second level & third (attic) level, so would not be appropriate for anyone with mobility issues.
Building is mixed residential plus Studio Vita's vacation rental units, so you may run into some locals, especially when sharing small elevator that takes you up to third (upper) floor where the Classic Duplex unit # 8 is on. Rental unit door is secured with heavy wooden door with lock and gate. Reception provides a set of keys to open the building's main door, elevator, gate and unit. Enjoyed our stay for 4 nights with 3 people.

Our room was very large with a full kitchen. It had everything we needed and more. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The location was perfect and in the heart of the city center. There was also a grocery store feet away. The staff was friendly and always responsive. We would stay here again.
