Posizione comoda, appartamento molto curato. Si vede che ci ha vissuto una famiglia che l’aveva arredato con cura ed attenzione. Molto bello e comodo il terrazzo.
Non era molto pulita, la cucina era invasa dalle formiche e sotto il letto dei bambini c’era polvere. Inoltre, non era specificato da nessuna parte che l’edificio si trova in un punto della città in forte pendenza. Per raggiungerlo a piedi c’è una salita impegnativa per i passeggini e le persone a mobilità ridotta, ed anche raggiungere il garage in auto non è semplicissimo a causa del selciato molto dissestato.

Das Appartment ist fantastisch gelegen, mit einem Tollen Balkon und Ausblick und zwei großen Badezimmern. Das Appartement hat Klimaanlage und eine PKW Stellplatz und Aufzug, was super komfortabel ist
Die Anreise mit dem Auto ist sehr schwierig, man muss zunächst zur Agentur und das Appartement ist mit dem Auto nicht so einfach zu erreichen.
Die Möbel und Tv sind relativ alt und für den Preis eigentlich nicht angemessen

Much space, nice area, great balcony with a view, working cooling system.
Especially the kitchen was not so convincing. A wild mix of dishes, very old pan and pots, essential things missing (big knife, bowls), a lot was not properly cleaned.
This is easy to improve...
Just to mention it: The location is up the hill, very beautiful, but you need to carry your things over steep and rough streets.

Der Balkon und der Blick sind toll. Leider gibt es nur billige, alte Plastikstühle ohne Auflagen. Die Bilder der restlichen Wohnung entsprechen der Realität. Schön ist anders.
Achtung für Rollstuhlfahrer oder Menschen mit Geheinschänkung nicht geeignet. Sehr steile Straße mit Pflastersteinen. Leider habe ich dies in der Beschreibung nicht gefunden, so dass wir erhebliche Schwierigkeiten hatten. Die beschriebenen Parkplätze gibt es nicht. Es ist ein Tiefgaragenplatz. Auch hier steile Einfahrt und nicht jedes Auto passt hinein!
