About this villa rental
This private, stand-alone Villa has been completely renovated and updated. It is beautifully appointed with tropical theme furnishings including all new furniture in the living room, comfortable new beds in both bedrooms, and completely new kitchen & bathrooms.
The villa features an open floorplan with the well-stocked, beautifully updated kitchen overlooking the dining area and living room so you can be a part of the fun even while prepping. Sleeps 5 comfortably with a king bed in the primary ensuite bedroom, a queen bed in the guest bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the sunroom. The ensuite primary bathroom has a shower/tub combo, and a shower is in the guest bathroom. A full size washer & dryer are in the unit. You will have your own private carport, and a private patio with table and chairs. Free WiFi & Cable are provided, as well as beach towels, beach chairs, an umbrella & cooler.
Enjoy all of the on-site amenities Vista Hermosa has to offer including the heated pool, shuffleboard court, picnic tables for socializing, BBQ grills & a large clubhouse with a kitchen.
Hop on the free Siesta Key Breeze Trolley in front of the complex and explore the entire island including the Siesta Key Public Beach & Pavilion, Turtle Beach, and Siesta Key Village where you can wander around the shops and restaurants while listening to live music.
Vista Hermosa is located on the quieter Southern end of Siesta Key. Just a short walk to the beach and all the Southern district community has to offer. Walk to great restaurants, clubs with live entertainment, bike & boat rentals, ice cream shop, drug store, market, deli, shopping and more!

Good location, clean villa, near everything. Beach was a little farther than desired, but still walkable. Beach chairs and umbrella were nice, a wagon would have made it perfect. Would come here again.

The villa is very nice and comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped and there are plenty of towels for the bathrooms. Any issues were quickly resolved and the host was helpful and friendly.
