Excellent location and good value for low price

The location of the flat is perfect, there are many bus/tram options connecting you with other areas of Poznan and you can easily walk to the old town, if so inclined. There are local grocery shops nearby and a lovely park, with the Poznan Palm House within, just a short walk from the flat. The flat itself has everything you need for a short stay, including black out curtains and a coffee machine (with a couple complimentary pods provided).

The sofa bed is very hard and rather uncomfortable. Additionally, perhaps due to the age of the building, you can hear all the plumbing noises coming from neighbouring flats. If you are a light sleeper, like myself, it is hard to get a good night sleep. Second downside is the shower, which is hard to figure out and get a temperatue of water comfortable to wash in.

Good stay for a quick visit to Poznan.

It was clean, the staff responded very quickly and the indications to the property were clear. The area is very quiet and nice, lots of groceries around and the access to public transportation is 5-7 min away, to all directions. You can walk to the old square, around 45 min stroll, slow pace.

You need to be aware that the space is really, really small, not suitable for large suitcases or large people. The couch is quite narrow. The previous tourists smoked in the app so it was a heavy smell inside when we got in.
