There was very good communication with Flora with instructions how to enter the property,
This is a bungalow with two bedrooms one on-suite which was ours and the other with a private bathroom. You have access to the house inc a fully stocked kitchen.
when we arrived we found the other occupants in our room, but after I showed them their error they moved into the other room.
I didn’t find any instructions how to use things so it was try and see. Our room was very comfortable and even though close to a major road relatively quiet. Opposite the property is a large shopping centre/mall with a food area and supermarket Safeway’s.
It took me a little while to work out how to lock the front door for when we are leaving the house.

The location was great, it was comfortable and spacious, the host was lovely and accommodating, great kitchen area and bathroom - 100% recommended!

Good location
It was confusing because we realized after we arrived that the upstairs and the downstairs are both rentals and on the add you cannot tell which rental you are booking. I did not realize I was booking a basement suite. That was not my intention and I would not have booked it.
It is quite an older house, that has been renovated. The bathroom was nice, but we did not like the beds or the blankets. I would not want to rent it in the winter months as there is a dampness to it, due to being a basement in an old house.
I also was not a fan of the kitchen. It looks nice, but there is a mild smell In the drawers and I did not like the hot plate. The washer and dryer are very nice and work well. That being said it was clean and everything you need is there. If you are someone that is good with the very basic it is probably just fine for you. The host is also very nice.
