Cava Apartments was perfect! Our host, Marko, was excellent and responded to our every communication. The apartment was spacious, well provisioned and equipped with everything we needed for our stay, renovated, comfortable, and lacked for nothing whatsoever. The apartment is close to Old Town with a great view of the fort and the ocean beyond. We had easy access to everything we wanted - bus, tours, the Serpentina, restaurants, etc. We do not hesitate to recommend Marko and Cava Apartments to anyone. Excellent place to stay in Dubrovnik.

The apartment was more beautiful in person than in photos. It is in the perfect location just outside of the city walls—away from the crowds. The rooms and bathroom are spacious, the kitchen is beautiful and has every appliance and utensil you could possibly need, and the view is breathtaking. The apartment is in perfect condition, as if it were renovated just this year. It can easily sleep 4. The loft can sleep 2, but I’d recommend that for older kids or teens since it’s up a ladder. And the beds and pillows are so comfortable—like being at home!
Marko, the host is available whenever you need him. He answers every question within minutes and makes sure you have what you need. We were picked up from the airport and dropped at the Ferry for reasonable fees. Marko is also a tour guide and we took advantage of a sunset tour and then a small side trip to the arboretum. He is a native Croatian and so knowledgeable about the region. I can’t recommend this property highly enough.
