Stayed in Italy for 5 weeks and this was the first room without a bidet and the room just felt tired. There were no matching glasses to use and very little other amenities.
Our largest issue was we didn't feel safe in the immediate neighborhood. Lots of sketchy things and a ton of graffiti everywhere.
We will not be coming back and would move closer into the city center.
Getting to the place from the train station was a pretty easy flat walk but I would have walked much further for safety.

Very clean and comfortable place, little tricky to complete pre registration but once done all good. Close to station for the day trips and short 15min walk to the old town.
