the loft was very nicely appointed. A couple of issues for us; 1-outlets were a problem! we couldn’t plug in our phone chargers next the bed or any place in the master bedroom. the outlets were so loose that the plugs just fell out! plugged them in the bathroom but it was still tricky! 2-the refrigerator doors should be changed to open from the kitchen not the walkway, 3-the blinds in the master could be more room darkening as the sun was pretty much right in your face before 6am! No sleeping in on vacation! And lastly-i tried to reach our manager contact through vrbo the day before , and then the day of our checkin directly thru email, texting and phone call and couldn’t! we wanted to check in a bit early. there was nobody at the winery when we got there , so couldn’t find anyone to speak to. the direct number said to contact during business hours and it was 11am on Friday! pretty frustrating since there probably wasn’t an issue (nobody was checking out).

Great loft with everything we needed. The setting is just stunning. We did a wine tasting there and played some bocce. In the morning we took a walk through the vineyards. So relaxing! Francesca was responsive and all went smoothly. Enjoyed lunch and shopping in nearby Kelseyville. Hope to return.

We were locked out of the property and had to contact vrbo. They have check in at 4 pm but close at 4:30 pm. They give you the code to get into loft but the gate is locked so it is useless. Tub/shower insert is old but clean. Beds are very comfortable. Not allowed to use hot tub. Need to go up a flight of stairs to get to loft. For the price we paid I am disappointed.
