It was lovely the hotel had snacks and breakfast every day as well as waters when needed. I was out most days from very early so didn't get to take advantage but will still nice to have once home :)
No complaints really, everything was up to par! My only compliant would maybe be I wish there had been better times for the yoga classes to take advantage but unfortunately they all interfered with tours.

Excellent staff, very friendly and professional. I liked also the breakfast room which has some free coffee and a bit of food available around the clock for the small hunger in-between. The location of the hotel is not too far from the old town (15min walk) yet it is in a rather quiet area. The hotel is relatively new, modern and clean.
The rooms have almost no space for storage, you literally live out from your suitcase. For 2 pax in a room, this is too cramped. I also disliked the sink outside the shower/toilet area next to the bed - this is not well thought through. Walls and doors are rather thin. The pool is very small and only useful to sit in to cool down, no swimming possible. With 5 people in there it is full. With children playing you better leave, it's just too small. I was there during Chinese New Year and while I understand the prices are high, my room was still significantly overpriced for what the hotel offered.
