Let us start with the positives, because that is the shorter list.
The location is central, meaning central. Everything is in walking distance, great.
The apartment is newly furnished, well, parts of it.
For a city centre location it is modestly quiet.
Now the longer list.
There is no car park, event though it is advertised. Paid public parking is available, if you are lucky enough to find a place.
There is no bed either. There is a couch that may be converted into a not very comfortable bed, but there is no bed. The linen, which probably is polyester, is too small for the sofa and too big for the blanket. Neither stylish, nor comfortable and it is not prepared for visitors. It is a do it yourself.
There is no coffee maker, a water kettle yes, but nothing that resembles a coffee maker. But there are coffee pads. I am not eger to understand why.
You hear everything from the staircase pretty well, and if the neighbour has a phone call, you can join.

Excellent location, right next to the square but quiet at night. Very good value for money. Kitchen and leaving space works really well for short term stay.
Great communication with the owner who have excellent description how to access the property.
Would stay again.
Would be nice to have proper bed instead of two sofa beds. Shower a bit small but workable.
