Initially, we had an issue with email instructions but the Villatel team did a great job to remedy it. Texting them directly helped a lot. The unit was BEAUTIFUL.... there was some very minor cleanliness things we noticed (my DIL has a cleaning business so she noticed) smudges on the mirrors and some debris on the floors... super minor. The windows were not crystal clear but that is totally understandable because of the salt spray from the ocean. I saw in a previous review someone complained about the balcony cleanliness... it was not 'perfect' BUT I grew up on the beach and KNOW that having direct salt spray is going to affect outdoor spaces and windows... the Balcony was great with direct ocean views!! The windows are large and definately brings the beach to you. We had a GREAT stay and we would DEFINATELY recommend this unit and would look forward to staying again. My FAVORITE was the master bathroom...amazing shower space!!! My other FAVORITE was the direct ocean views and easy beach access.
