Close to world class golfing at Arrowhead Golf course, Roxborough state park. Waterton Canyon and the Colorado Trail are right down the road. Chatfield lake is within a couple of miles Red rocks is 20 minutes away. Family friendly neighborhood. Great hot tub, Games and dvd's for family fun nights.
