Hotel oferuje znakomite śniadania wliczone w cenę. Lokalizacja hotelu oddalona od centrum Ustronia ale jeśli ktoś lubi piesze wycieczki, to ten hotel jest dla niego. zawsze można wrócić taksówką, która kosztuje 20 zł. W hotelu jest bardzo czysto i schludnie.
Hotel jest wyremontowany lecz nie pomyślano o balkonach, które są pozostałością poprzedniego systemu. Brakuje na nich leżaków. Poza tym w hotelu brakuje wywietrzników, bo zapach gotowanych posiłków rozchodzi się po korytarzach.
