Location to the beach, the balcony. Was happy with the kitchen and full size fridge. Second half bath was great. Really like the kitchen table for game nights.

The condo is very close to the beach/boardwalk. The condo was clean and everything was set up for me and my family. The host reached out several times to ensure everything was up to par and that we were enjoying our stay.

Clean condo. Well stocked. Washer and dryer was a huge bonus. Covered designated parking. Short walk to the boardwalk and beach. We didn’t use the indoor pool, but would be really good for families with small kids on a rainy day. The beach is in a quiet area, before the craziness of the amusements. Having two bedrooms that were separated by the bathroom, gave us a little privacy. The half bath in the master was small but adequate. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony at night. Chairs and a small table were provided. The air conditioner was fantastic and kept the unit very comfortable. The owner checked in a few times and was available to answer our questions.
The things we didn’t like were out of the owner’s control. The driveway in is very narrow. The parking spots are tight to get in and out of. There is a large public parking lot across from the complex. It got a little noisy at times with people coming and going. The master bedroom faces the lot and we were woken up a few times due to loud vehicles.
