the location is great.

I only like is the location and the view.

Cooking wares are not new, door creaks, no exhaust in the bathroom and kitchen. Beddings are not clean. TV is not working. The sister of the owner is not polite, they asked us to leave right away.

Property management was difficult & refused to respond to any guest requests once they had payment

This property manager was difficult & non responsive to messages/inquiries over 2 weeks ahead of check in. They should be investigated as they did not provide to Booking.com standards of practice.

This property manager is not ethical nor interested in guest service standards . They did not respond to our messages for 2 weeks prior to check in & did not cooperate when Booking team made efforts to communicate guest requests in timely manner. They are crooks

Stayed one night for an event in Calgary, was a perfect location, the view from the room was amazing

The location of this place was perfect, beautiful view of downtown Calgary.

The only thing was that the bed was not comfy, was a hard bed and pillows and blankets we not comfortable either

La posizione fantastica, in pratica è nel centro di Calgary a piedi puoi raggiungere i punti migliori, stupendo lo skyline che si vede dalla finestra, l'appartamento molto accogliente, c'era tutto, cucina attrezzata, bagno pulito. Il divano letto purtroppo non aveva un materasso ma era fatto con i cuscini del divano e quindi scomodo per dormirci. Abbiamo avuto qualche difficoltà nel trovare la corretta scala e per entrare, diciamo un pò macchinoso ma l'host ci ha aiutato. L'appartamento è situato al 7piano, lato strada movida, era molto rumoroso, ma chiudendo le finestre lo è meno.

The location of this place was perfect, beautiful view of downtown Calgary.

Think the host could have a page giving visitors some tips eg food options . 17th avenue is v buzzy but also v noisy at night
