The Neighborhood:
A variety of restaurants, entertainment, shopping, and the new Duplin Winery. Perfect for couples or small families, it features a kitchen/living room and bedroom. Sleeps up to six people and is approximately 630 SF. The resort offers stellar amenities with spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean. Oceanfront pool deck, indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs and Lazy Rivers. Come and see what awaits you at this oceanfront resort unit!
Getting Around:
I highly recommend using ride-sharing services such as Uber and Lyft. There is also Turo rental car service.

This is a personally owned condo and is not a hotel room, please treat as you would your home.
Your stay includes linens for beds, towels, and washcloths, also STARTER trash bags, hand soap, and toilet paper.
Umbrellas and chairs may also be rented on the beach from the lifeguards.
... remember since this is not part of the hotel you will not receive daily maid service... If you would like daily, bi-weekly maid service or towel exchange this can be arranged for an additional fee.
NOTE: No motorcycles are allowed on resort property from May 1st to August 31st
NOTE: Please note that only the indoor pool is heated; the Lazy River is outside the glass enclosures and is not heated. Outside Pool Heaters are turned on April 1st.

All spas are operational April 15th thru November 15th. During the off season, 2 outdoor spas remain open at the North Tower pool deck, 2 outdoor spas remain open at the South Tower pool deck and both outdoor spas at Villas I & II are operational. Both North & South Tower indoor spas are open year-round.
Note: Ice machines and Pool Deck water supplies are temporarily closed
They are currently also painting the exterior walls of the parking garage.

You’re one level above the pool which is very convenient but you also are looking at everyone in the hot tubs etc while sitting in the living room which was not a problem, just funny. Condon has a great view. Was a beautifully updated condo and we enjoyed all of the space!

The apartment was well stocked and clean. I love the ocean view. The only issue we had was the washing machine flooded the dining area due to some seal cracking. Since not an easy fix, we had to go without washing our towels and cloths. However, after reaching out to property managers I did receive a small refund for the inconvenience which I really appreciated. Overall the stay was wonderful and I’d book with them again.

We had a great time. Pool amenities were fantastic. Great location. The only problem was I thought this condo was ocean front but it’s actually ocean view.

We've stayed with this host before and they used to be much better. Communication was horrible. They double charged our 2nd payment and refused to acknowledge that it happened. We were able to resolve it through our bank, but the host tried to gaslight me that it never happened. I shouldn't have had to wait months for a resolution when I brought the issue up immediately. Then it took 2 hours after check in to get our room code. First because the cleaner was still cleaning for 40 minutes and then because they didn't like my identity check. If the host had communicated either of these issues 1% better then they wouldn't have been problems at all and could have been resolved quickly. But instead they ghosted me for hours and sent me generic messages that were missing vital information.The place itself was fine. The Host will refuse ownership that multiple elevators and hot tubs for the facility were out of commission all week. But inside the room the furniture was gross and almost broken. Someone is going to sit in those chairs normally and they will collapse under them. Probably will pick up a staph infection from sitting on the couch as well. The kitchen has a new stove which has probably never been used because the condo didn't have a cookie sheet of any kind. The choices for this condo are bizarre and if I were to do it again I would pick a different unit. Won't be booking with Big Fish again if I can ever help it.
