About this house rental
Cozy house adjacent to forest area in beautiful Sandviken. Within walking distance to the white, long sandy beach with newly opened Strandcafé, pub evenings and ice cream kiosk. In a popular summer cottage area on Listerlandet is this well-preserved house with entrance through the glazed conservatory. Small hall with somewhat steep stairs to the upper floor with four beds divided into two rooms. Downstairs with the kitchen in the middle of the house, everyone has opportunities for self-catering and a dining table to gather around. In addition, high chair available. The living room with another single bed and armchairs in front of the TV creates community and relaxation. The spacious and fresh bathroom with shower has an entrance from the kitchen. In the garden, there is space for play and activities, outdoor furniture and a charcoal grill available. Several nature reserves to enjoy in the area, e.g. Stiby hill and Lister's head with a wide view of Hanö Bay. From Nogersund there is a daily boat service to Hanö, which has a peculiar nature to discover. Nice cycle paths that can take you easily to the small-town idyll of Sölvesborg via the spectacular foot and cycle bridge of approx. 760 meters over Ljungaviken. For those interested in football, Allsvenskan matches are played in nearby Hällevik, which also has a well-attended Jazz Festival at the beginning of August every year. The Killebom market with artists and activities in July is also an event that returns every summer, as is not least the Swedenrock festival in Norway at the beginning of June, which attracts tens of thousands of rock fans from all over Europe.
