Our home is located in close vicinity to downtown St. Aug (3 miles), major food chains and grocery stores (Walmart, Wawa, Publix), and the beach (Anastasia Island). In addition to its prime location, it is also relatively quiet and has a fenced in backyard as well as 2 acre wooded area behind it. The home is located a few neighborhood blocks from the intercoastal.

The fenced backyard was our favorite part! Plenty of room for our pups to play. The house was close to the historic district without feeling like like you were in town. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay in this quiet neighborhood, perfect to relax and there is so much to do! We did not have time to do it all, but we gave an effort. Close to downtown historic St Augustine, the beaches, a short drive to Daytona and so much more. Right off US-1, so we had close options for coffee, food and stores we needed a few essentials from. The house was clean and the host was very attentive and responded quickly to questions we had. We enjoyed it!

Close to stores and just over the bridge to beach. Location was great for us. Nice having a screened porch.
